1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund
  • Service not delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service as promised
  • Technical impossibility: If your system cannot support the service due to hardware limitations
  • Unsatisfactory service: If the service does not meet the described standards (must be reported within 24 hours)

1.2 Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund may be issued for:

  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the appointment
  • Partial service delivery: If only part of the service was completed due to unforeseen circumstances

1.3 No Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show: Missing your appointment without prior notice
  • User error: Issues caused by user modifications after service delivery
  • Hardware failures: Problems caused by faulty hardware (not related to our service)
  • Completed services: Services fully delivered as described and accepted by the customer
  • Change of mind: After service has been delivered

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email at Liantech6@gmail.com or through our Discord server
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request
  3. Include any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

2.2 Processing Time

  • Review: 24-48 hours for initial review
  • Approval: If approved, refund will be initiated immediately
  • PayPal processing: 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account

3. Service-Specific Policies

3.1 PC Optimization

For PC optimization services, we guarantee:

  • Measurable improvement: If we cannot demonstrate at least 15% performance gain after optimization, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • 7-day support window: If issues caused by our optimization appear within 7 days, we will fix them at no charge or issue a partial refund.
  • Pre-existing issues: Refunds do not cover problems unrelated to the optimization (failing hardware, malware, etc.) — we will identify these during the service.

3.2 Internet Optimization

For internet optimization services, we guarantee:

  • Ping/latency improvement: If we cannot improve your ping or stability in competitive games, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • ISP limitations: If your ISP has hard limits we cannot bypass, we will explain this honestly and refund 100%.
  • Configuration backup: We backup your settings before changes; revert at any time at no cost.

3.3 Audio Optimization

For audio optimization services, we guarantee:

  • Functional setup: If the configuration does not work for your streaming/recording needs, full refund applies.
  • Hardware compatibility: We verify compatibility before starting; if your hardware does not support the setup, no charge.
  • Training included: A short tutorial is included — if you receive no guidance, partial refund applies.

3.4 Complete Bundle

For the Complete Bundle Package:

  • Per-service refund: If only one service fails to meet expectations, we refund the proportional portion of the bundle.
  • Combined session: If we cannot complete all three services in a single session, additional sessions are scheduled at no extra charge.
  • Bundle discount: The bundle discount is non-refundable if you only request partial cancellation.
